The Krewe of Bayou Petit Caillou is set to parade at noon Feb. 2 in Chauvin, with the theme ?Krewe of Bayou Petit Caillou Goes Mardi Gras.?
The krewe?s tableau is scheduled for 5 p.m. Jan. 26 at the Little Caillou Recreation Center in Chauvin.
The mixed Mardi Gras krewe of men, women and children is anticipating 12 floats for its parade of 150 members, including marching bands.
This year?s royalty is King XXVII Christian Leger and Queen XXVII Paige Lirette.
Waylon Thibodeaux will serve as the parade?s grand marshal.
Blair Luke is scheduled to serve as the captain, while Trista LeBoeuf is set to serve as the co-captain.
Alvin Luke serves as the captain of the parade, while Becky Foret serves as captain of the tableau
Serving as dukes are Reed DeRoche, Reed Ledet, Colby Theriot, Hunter Soudilier, Justin Martin, Gavin Pinell, Ethan Foret and Beau Dubois.
Serving as maids are Angell? Chauvin, Abby Guidry, Victoria Matis, Jade Champagne, Courtney Battise, Logan Lirette and Hailey Chauvin.
Serving as pages are Kaylee Foret, Carly Pinell, Gabbie Lirette, Gage Authement, Jayden Dupre and Evan Foret.
