The parade will begin at the corner of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and University Boulevard at 1:00 pm and will commence west on Dr. King Blvd. and end at Civic Plaza with a short commemorative program. Everyone welcome! This event is part of the New Mexico Black History Month Festival.
